I tried ordering a few candies, but a bunch of them either showed as unavailable or got removed from my cart later. The site made it seem like they had everything in stock, so I kind of assumed I was good to go. Frustrating when you’re already picking stuff out and then half of it disappears.

I was a little disappointed with the candy selection. I was hoping to see more brands and some old-school favorites, but a lot of the stuff I had in mind either wasn’t there or only had a couple options. After a while it kind of felt like I was looking at the same candies over and over. That said, it wasn’t terrible or anything, and I’m sure some people would still find things they like. It just didn’t really have enough variety for me, so I’m not sure I’d use it again.

I liked the product and everything was fine overall, but the shipping cost felt a bit high to me. I would’ve felt better if there was a little more reassurance upfront about the total cost or why shipping was priced that way.

My order had an issue and support did eventually get it sorted out, which I appreciate. But it took way longer than I expected, and I had to keep reaching out for updates. Glad it’s fixed, but the process was frustrating 😬

I had one bag show up broken, which was frustrating at first, but they took care of it quickly. They sent a replacement and refunded the shipping, so you can’t really ask for much more than that

The candy was just way too overpriced for what it is. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra if the experience felt worth it, but it really didn’t. I also tried emailing with a question and the replies felt like they were written by robots, which made it even more frustrating.

I ordered from candystore.com and paid extra for the melt protection since it was warm out, but it didn’t seem to do much. The candy still showed up soft, stuck together, and not in great shape.

The ice pack was completely melted by the time it arrived, and the chocolate looked like it had been sitting in the heat all day. I get that shipping candy in warm weather can be tricky, but it’s frustrating to pay for melt prevention when it doesn’t really prevent anything.

Customer service didn’t seem too concerned either, which made the whole thing more annoying. I really wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve skipped ordering chocolate from here during hot weather.

The box showed up a bit crushed, which made me nervous because I really hate paying for something and feeling like part of it might be ruined. Thankfully, the candy inside was mostly okay, so it wasn’t a total loss. Still wish the packaging had been a little more careful...

The box was completely crushed when it got here and a couple of the candy bags had split open, so everything was sticky and messy inside. Frustrating, especially after paying for shipping

Buying candy online should not be this complicated.

I ordered this candy to use as favors for an event, but it just didn’t look nice enough to give out. The packaging felt a little cheap and it wasn’t really gift-ready, so I ended up making a last-minute run to buy something else. Not the worst, but definitely not what I needed for a party

Maybe I could’ve looked closer, but you rely on the product info to be clear when you’re ordering for a specific reason. It’s frustrating when it arrives different than expected, i wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered from candystore.com for a small party, and overall it went smoothly. The candy arrived in good shape, the tracking actually worked like it was supposed to, and everything was packed well enough that it probably could’ve survived a tiny candy apocalypse.

The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that it showed up a day later than I expected. Not the end of the world by any means, just a little annoying when you’re trying to plan ahead. I’d still order again, I’d just give myself an extra day or two next time.
